Meet Carolyn
Philosophy I am passionate about helping people to attain their desired life. My job is to motivate, encourage and hold accountable clients as they identify values, talents, goals, dreams and challenges. I motivate my clients toward action as they move toward a life of prosperity, joy and fulfillment. I believe in a positive approach where I help clients identify their strengths and skills and encourage growth, confidence and improvement.
Qualifications Carolyn has a Masters in Counseling Psychology. She also completed a year of graduate work in Organizational Development. She is near completion in a post-graduate program at The College of Executive Coaching. Her study of ADD and ADHD began 33 years ago.
Experience Carolyn began her career as a teacher and this included teaching high school senior’s job, career, organization and leadership skills. She spent 14 years working for a college. She gave career lectures and coached adolescents and adults to make career and success decisions. Her experience includes many years in sales, training and management and she was the first female regional manager motivating 20 sales people in a 7 state area.
